We don't care the holidays are gone because other stuff is going on. Madison was sad to see the tree go. She seemed to really miss it the first day or two. Things will get better for you, I'm sure!

Annie is happy because her crate has moved back to it's normal home. There will be plenty of wonderful things coming after Christmas is over.

That is a perfect post-holiday face. It'll be OK Ruby. Every day is Christmas when you're a dog and have a dog!

When you are feeling blue, just think of all the fun you'll have when the weather warms up outside and the flowers start blooming again. Purrs!

Boy, do we know exactly what you mean! Everything is all topsy turvy till we get back in the swing of a normal routine again.

Aw, Ruby. The days are getting longer - does that make you smile? I hope so.

Jeanne Pursell said...

We have to agree...it is a depressing time. I am not a fan of putting away all of the Christmas decorations and the tree...wish it lasted just a little bit longer! It feels so festive!

Jan K said...

We know exactly how you feel, Ruby, but at least spring is coming next (just not soon enough)!

evie said...

sorry Ruby, no more presents, back to the real world, at that the very cold world.

We agree, Ruby! Right after the Holidays is NO FUN! Time for cuddles ... they fix just about everything :)

I know how you feel, Ruby!

Yeah, it sucks doesn't it. My husband thinks the holidays aren't over until the Superbowl ends. I don't understand that correlation, LOL!

Ruby, think of it like this: It will be a Happy New Year for me with plenty of goodies and treats. I will have a nice birthday with more treats. I will go for many walks and when spring comes I will not have to walk through the slush and cold. And if my dog, Samson, saw your cute little face, he would want to lick your ears. Life is Good, Ruby.
