  13. How true, Ruby. And we bet that you do lots of napping while they are gone - that's what we do, or at least that's what Mom likes to think:)

  21. Aw, rats. That is the hard part of the morning, isn't it? This is one of the main reasons I feel so thankful that I work from home. I just can't stand the sad goodbyes!

  23. Maybe you can see to work with them! I hate it when Pop leaves but not as much as Autumn used to.

  24. Poor, sweet, gorgeous baby! Rita is pretty spoiled - Momma "works" (well, when I work...) from home so she only has to watch Daddy leave.

  25. Ruby, we understand. We truly do, sweet girl.

  27. yes... mornings can be moanings...

  28. We've had to deal with that too. These days, our schedule is different every day, and Mom doesn't leave every morning which is nice. The hard part is waking up so early with her every day!

  33. Truth. Sad, sweet Ruby. "Such short little lives our pets have to spend with us, and they spend most of it waiting for us to come home each day." ~John Grogan

  34. Ruby really loves you all. Our dogs, on the other hand, can't wait for us to leave because they get frozen kongs whenever they're left alone. On days when I work from home, I can feel their disappointment - no kongs!

  35. Ruby, pup Astrid agrees with you 100%. And, we can't wait for your grooming reveal!

    ReplyDelete
  36. Oh, but the homecoming is so sweet for the both of you! 💗
