This public sculpture is called Conversations: Here and Now and was created by artist Indira Johnson. The work is now permanently on display in Raymond Park in Evanston, IL. Each chair’s unique design represents the diversity and various cultures of the community. The chairs are in a circle to inspire conversation, listening, and the sharing of memories and common experiences. You can read more about the project here.
