Ruby Likes To #Mixitup

Ruby loves Nature's Variety Instinct Raw Boost Mixers

We adopted Ruby at age seven or eight. The first half of her life was rough and the odds are she didn't have a perfect diet. It's also clear that she's had multiple litters of puppies and like most mama dogs, probably gave away everything she had to her babies. A nutritionally dense, raw, natural diet seemed like a great option for her.
Last summer we successfully transitioned Ruby to a raw diet. She's done well, but still craves variety and so we now alternate between freeze-dried raw and high quality kibble.

When I discovered Nature's Variety Instinct® Raw Boost® Mixers, I was thrilled because it sounded like the perfect option for Ruby. Instinct Raw Boost Mixers make it super simple to add nutritionally dense raw food to your dog's dry kibble for optimal health and vitality. Ruby can enjoy the variety she craves, but still benefits from the pure animal protein and natural ingredients of a raw diet.

Both PetSmart and PetSmart.com carry the full line of Nature's Variety Instinct® raw, dry, cans and treats. Raw Boost Mixers are available in four flavors: chicken, beef, turkey, and lamb. The trial sized bags are $1.99 and the large bags are on sale at 20% off through the end of January. The trial size makes it easy to sample several flavors to see which one your dog prefers.

Instinct Raw is formulated to mirror your dog's ancestral diet, providing pure, grass fed, animal protein for lean muscles and strong bones, natural ingredients for optimal nutrient absorption, and beneficial oils for healthy skin and coat. All in an easy to prepare, convenient, safe, and delicious form your dog will love and enjoy. Raw diets have many benefits including improved digestion, fewer allergies, and healthy weight maintenance.

  7. It's great that Natural Instinct offers the raw boost mixers. Some folks just don't want to completely transition to raw (or cannot afford to) so this type of food can give them the healthy benefits of raw without being too expensive.

  31. Beautiful review! You're lucky that Ruby will sit in the cart. Liam wanted to meet and greet everyone, so I had a hard time even getting him to stay on the floor! He gets so excited at these stores that he simply levitates.
