From Trash To Almost Treasure

My assistant went running Saturday morning and returned home with two Adirondack chairs. Believe it or not, she found them in the trash. That's right, the trash. Now, if I brought something home that I found in the trash that would be a whole other story.

She claims all the chairs need is a fresh coat of paint and they will be good as new. At first, I wasn't convinced. But then she showed me all the fun things they could be used for ...

I guess she's right. These chairs are pretty nice. Though please note: painting is not in my job description.

  29. Bawheheeeee your human and my human go trash collecting together. My Lee has never dumpster dived but she might for the right thing. We have gotten some great finds. One man's trash is another man's treasure. Nothing better than a really good catch. Lee saw two big tubs of Hostas Plants at the curb and grabbed them this week. Smaller ones were going for $19.99 at Lowes and we got two giant ones.
    Thanks for being a friend
